You
will be picked up by a fast speedboat in Belize City and first
taken to the nearby Manatee breeding grounds.
You
are almost certain to see one or several of these docile and
protected sea mammals. The Belizin people call the Manatee sea cows
as if find one there is always more around. Goff's Caye is another
seven miles to the east and this small island is perched right on
Belize's Great Barrier R3ef, a true picture postcard tropical
paradise. On the way to Goff's Caye you will have the opportunity to
look for the Dolphins. Snorkel off the pristine sandy beach with
your instructors for that wonderful "Cousteau
Experience" or just swim in the mild temperature Caribbean waters of
Belize, or if you would life just relax under a palm tree and take
in the cool breeze. A beach picnic lunch and refreshments are
served. Snorkel equipment is included.
